Forget the winter blues with the commencement of the 2010 Dubai Racing Carnival.
 This year's Dubai Carnival kicked off on the 28th of January, with the added excitement as racing comes from the brand new Meydan racecourse for the first time. The Tote will be offering Win, Place, Each Way and Exacta betting on all of this year's fixtures.
