 NEW YORK, December 8, 2009 - Scientific Games Racing LLC ("SGR"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS), announced that it has been awarded a new contract with Tote Ireland Limited ("The Tote"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Horse Racing Ireland, following a public competitive procurement process.
Services include a central wagering system and related pari-mutuel networks, on-track wagering devices including additional terminals and technologies, and on-going service and support at the 24 racecourses operated by Tote Ireland. SGR will provide access and connectivity through its Quantuma System operating from the Essen Data Center and International Gateway in Germany.
